Dario has several years of experience in privacy and IT, corporate and M&A, and insurance law. He worked both as business lawyer and in-house counsel.
Dario works primarily with privacy, IT and contract law, and assists both national and international clients. He assists private and public companies with the establishment of data protection and IT processes, systems and routines as well as with advice related to the conclusion of data processor agreements with the aim of complying with the privacy legislation, including the EU Privacy Regulation GDPR. He also assists with the application of the The Norwegian Government's Standard Terms and Conditions for IT Procurement (SSA) and adaptations of these in specific procurements. At the intersection between privacy and IT, Dario has solid experience with privacy issues related to digitalization and the use of new technology.
Dario also has experience in due diligence and transaction negotiations. He has been a contributor to several major M&A transactions and related contracts with both national and international clients.
In his previous role of in-house legal counsel and Data Protection Officer he assisted companies and their clients to comply with applicable privacy legislation. He developed competences and skills on privacy and compliance with data protection regulation and other relevant legislation.
Dario is qualified as a lawyer both in Italy and Norway. His working languages are Norwegian, English and Italian.
