Fred A. Litsheim is a Senior Lawyer at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is part of the firm's M&A practice. In addition to M&A, Litsheim works primarily with corporate matters in general, including equity transactions, various reorganisations, the relationship and disputes between owners; seed and venture capital as well as various forms of collaboration between businesses. He has lead the legal work in several mergers and acquisitions and reorganisations, within a range of the branches of industry and commerce. Litsheim has previously worked as an international transaction lawyer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Geneva in Switzerland.
