Håkon Bergsjø is a Senior Lawyer and a part of the firm's Litigation, Contract and Construction practice.
Håkon works mainly as a litigator, primarily within the fields of contract law, the law of tort, property law and competition law. He has acted and advised in inter alia complex disputes regarding property transactions, disputes related to breach of bond agreements, and extensive cross-border competition law disputes (follow-on damages claims). Håkon also assists clients with contract drafting within several industries, and advises on construction law on all stages of building projects.
Before practicing as an attorney, Håkon worked for four years in the Legislation Department at the Ministry of Justice and Public Security, where he was involved in preparing central new contract law bills. Håkon has also worked part-time as a lecturer at the University of Oslo and has published in leading Norwegian law journals.
