Hanne is part of the firm's Competition and Procurement practice. Through her seven years' of experience from the EFTA Surveillance Authority's Competition and State Aid Directorate and ten years as a private practice lawyer, Hanne has extensive experience within competition, state aid, public procurement and general EU/EEA law. Her practice covers competition, state aid, public procurement as well as general EU law, and includes complaints/litigation and regulatory procedures (state aid/antitrust/mergers) in addition to advisory work. She also has extensive experience in cases concerning the sector specific competition regulation for electronic communications. Hanne advises both private and public sector clients.
