Hanne Zimmer is a Partner at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is part of the firm's Competition and Procurement practice.
Through her seven years' of experience from the EFTA Surveillance Authority's Competition and State Aid Directorate and ten years as a private practice lawyer, Hanne has extensive experience within competition, state aid, public procurement and general EU/EEA law. Her practice covers competition, state aid, public procurement as well as general EU law, and includes complaints/litigation and regulatory procedures (state aid/antitrust/mergers) in addition to advisory work. She also has extensive experience in cases concerning the sector specific competition regulation for electronic communications. She advises both private and public sector clients.
