Håvard Njølstad

Håvard mainly works with advisory services and litigation. He works within a wide range of different areas of law and has particular experience with general and special contract law, tort law and construction law.

Håvard assists national and international clients in a number of different industries, including shipping, offshore and energy, oil service, construction and infrastructure, industry and technology.

Håvard has experience from several major and complex cases, both before ordinary courts and in national and international arbitration. He also has experience from negotiations, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
