Ingrid works with employment law and dispute resolution.
Ingrid provides advice within a broad range of employment law and contract law issues. Her experience includes regular participation in due diligence processes both on the national and the international level, drafting contracts, conflict resolution and general advice on a case-by-case basis.
Ingrid is particularly interested in dispute resolution, and has experience both with mediation and court cases for the ordinary courts, as well as arbitration. She also has experience from investigating and conducting legal assessments in whistleblowing cases, related to topics such as discrimination and sexual harassment.
Ingrid holds a LLM degree in international law from the University of Auckland, and has also spent a semester working for the Permanent Mission of Norway to the United Nations in New York.
