Knut regularly assists with planning and execution of projects, drafting and negotiation of contracts, as well as day-to-day follow-up of various projects, both in Norway and internationally. He has extensive expertise with projects related to shipbuilding and other offshore constructions, cooperation and project development agreements, charterparty agreements, and transactions. He is also involved in several projects related to the green transition, hereunder projects regarding development of offshore wind, both in Norway and internationally. In addition to his law degree from Norway, Knut has a Master of Laws (LLM) from King's College London. He regularly holds seminars and publish articles, in particular on matters relating to new technology, renewable energy, and the green transition within the shipping industry. He has, amongst other, published articles on EU's "FuelEU Maritime"-initiative, the need for support in the operational phase, and legal challenges with cross border transport of CO2 in connection with Carbon Capture and Storage.
