About Kristina Nesset Kjerstad

Kristina is part of the firm's Technology and digitalisation practice. She has been working with privacy and IT law for more than 10 years and has broad expertise from working in both public and private sectors.

Kristina previously led the privacy team at Telenor Group, one of Europe's largest telecommunications companies. At Telenor, Kristina worked operationally and strategically with privacy, as well as being in charge of developing the framework for internal controls and governance across the group. She has good insights into the needs and issues faced by international technology companies.

Additionally, Kristina has worked with legislation and policy-making in the fields of privacy and digitalisation at the European Commission and at the Norwegian Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation.
