Margrethe works with various forms of financing and assist borrowers, agents, arrangers and syndicates of lenders in connection with various types of financing transactions, such as syndicated loans, Norwegian high yield bond issues, corporate financing, acquisition financing, project/asset financing and debt restructuring.

In addition, Margrethe provides general advisory services in corporate law and contract law, including drawing up contracts. She has particular experience in providing legal assistance to the retail industry.
