Max primarily works with transactions relating to listed companies, including for local and international issuers and investment banks on IPOs, private placements and public M&A. Max regularly advises issuers on securities law and corporate law matters and has extensive experience with advising on placements in the Nordic bond market and subsequent bond listings. He also has prior experience with private M&A. He holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Bergen and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Finance Law from Queen Mary University of London.
