Nora Sandvik Bratheim is an Associate at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is part of the firm's Litigation practice where she work with Intellectual Property Law (including patents, trademarks, design, trade secrets and copyright) and marketing law.
Bratheim has experience with conduction cases before the courts, other dispute resolution institutions and public authorities, including proceedings before the Industrial Property Office and the Norwegian Board of Appeal for Industrial Property Rights.
Before starting at Wikborg Rein, Bratheim was a Research Assistant at the Department of Private Law, University of Oslo, where she wrote her master theses about trademark licencing. During her study she was also an intern at the Norwegian Board of Appeal for Industrial Property Rights and the Legislation Department of the Ministry of Justice.
Nora was in 2019 ranked as "IP Rising star" by Managing Intellectual Property.
