Nora Bratheim is a Senior Associate at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is part of the firm's Technology and Digitalisation practice, where she works with Intellectual Property Law (including patents, trademarks, design, trade secrets and copyright) and marketing law.
Nora has experience with conducting cases before the courts, other dispute resolution institutions and public authorities, including proceedings before the Industrial Property Office and the Norwegian Board of Appeal for Industrial Property Rights.
Nora has previously worked in the Legislation Department of the Ministry of Justice within intellectual property law, EEA/EU law and administrative law. Prior to this, she was a Research assistant at the Department of Private Law, University of Oslo, where she wrote her master theses about trademark licencing.
In 2019, 2020 and 2021, Nora was ranked as "IP Rising star" by Managing Intellectual Property.
