Sebastian Lea

Sebastian is a Senior Lawyer in our Global Projects and Offshore Practice Group.

He specialises in all aspects of the maritime and oil and gas sectors (with a particular focus on LNG), working on a range of assets including: FLNGs, FPSOs, FSRUs, FSOs, FSUs and LNG Carriers.

He has experience in a number of LNG projects, advising on a range of offshore project documentation, including: EPCI contracts, Terminal Use Agreements, O&M contracts, Time Charters, Bareboat Charters, Sale & Purchase, Joint Venture / Shareholder Agreements, Direct Agreements (and Quiet Enjoyment Agreements) and other related project contracts.

Sebastian has advised on a range of cross-border structured financing transactions (including commercial and ECA supported pre-and post delivery loan facilities, revolving credit and off balance sheet sale and leaseback)
