Kristin Nordland Brattli

Senior Associate

Kristin Nordland Brattli is a Senior Associate at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and she is part of the firm's Corporate Compliance and Crisis Management practice as well as the Litigation and Arbitration practice. She particularly works with compliance assignments with a special focus on anti-corruption and crisis management following suspected misconduct. Her practice also includes litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution, and she has experience from complex, international arbitrations.

Nordland Brattli has previously worked as an adviser in the Legal Department with the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and has wide experience from international trade law. She has participated in intergovernmental negotiations of EFTA free trade agreements, and has experience from a variety of cases within EU/EEA law. Nordland Brattli has conducted cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union and the EFTA Court, and she also has experience from the WTO dispute settlement mechanism.
