Tor Henning Rustan Knudsen is a Specialist Counsel at Wikborg Rein's Bergen office and is part of the the firm's dispute resolution and litigation practice. He has significant litigation experience before most Norwegian courts, including approx. 15 cases at the Supreme Court level, hereunder the so-called "Robotcase" in 2012 regarding market manipulation with stock trading robots. Knudsen also has expertise in compliance, anti-corruption, investigations, securities law, contract law, public procurement and economic crimes.
