Senior Associate

Stina works with financial regulatory issues and securities law. This includes advising Norwegian and foreign regulated entities on matters related to licensing, operation and organization of activities in line with applicable laws and regulations. Stina has particular experience with the anti-money laundering regulations, sustainable finance regulations (including the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation and the Taxonomy Regulation) as well as general compliance work for businesses (including the preparation of routines and guidelines, risk assessments and checklists, etc.).

Furthermore, Stina has experience in assisting leading Norwegian and international asset managers and private equity clients within a wide range of matters, e.g., advice on fund establishment and other investment structures. This includes drafting of agreements and other legal documents and general counsel to clients on matters forming part of their day to day fund management business. 

Stina also has experience from the industry side through several secondments in regulated companies, including with compliance in KLP Kapitalforvaltning. Prior to working at Wikborg Rein, Stina worked as an Associate in DLA Piper with M&A and restructuring.
