About Svein Erik Sandsnes

Svein Erik is part of the firm's M&A team. He is a state-authorised public accountant (CPA) and has a master of science in Business, in addition to completing a master's degree in Law at UiO in the spring of 2023.

Svein Erik has almost six years' experience with auditing large listed companies in a number of different industries, and has solid experience in IFRS, NGAAP and audit methodology.

He is particularly interested in transactions, company law and the interaction between law and economics.
