Topics will include: recent LMAA news, initiatives and new horizons; Controlling costs in arbitration and Early Neutral Evaluation, virtual and hybrid hearings: Perspectives on LMAA arbitration, highlighting issues and advantages for users of LMAA arbitration to keep in mind (and the Forum will give an opportunity for other matters to be discussed).

Experienced industry practitioners including representatives of Clubs, Owners/operators, in-house lawyers, arbitrators and Wikborg Rein will lead an open Forum Discussion on topical arbitration issues.
