Stuart Stock er senioradvokat ved Wikborg Reins Oslo-kontor og er tilknyttet firmaets fagområde for konkurranse og anskaffelser. Han rådgir klienter innen alle aspekter av konkurranseretten, både etter EU, norsk og engelsk rett, med særlig fokus på fusjonskontroll underlagt flere jurisdiksjoner og etterforskningssaker. Stock er også kvalifisert som Solicitor i England og Wales, og har tidligere arbeidet i et konkurranserettsteam ved et stort, internasjonalt advokatfirma i London. Han har i tillegg erfaring fra de britiske konkurransemyndighetene (the Competition and Markets Authority).
