Stuart Stock er senioradvokat ved Wikborg Reins Oslo-kontor og er tilknyttet firmaets fagområde for konkurranse og anskaffelser.   • Advising a client in relation to an ongoing investigation by the European Commission into possible breaches of Article 101 TFEU in the salmon farming sector;

  • Advising a client in relation to an ongoing investigation by the Norwegian Competition Authority into possible breaches of Section 10 of the Norwegian Competition Act in the home alarm sector;

  • Advising Transocean Ltd on its USD 2.7 billion acquisition of OceanRig and its nine high-specification ultra-deepwater drillships and two harsh environment semi-submersibles; securing unconditional clearance from the Norwegian Competition Authority;

  • Advising FSN Capital on its EUR 244 million acquisition of Saferoad Holding ASA, a company active in the provision of road safety and road infrastructure products; securing unconditional Phase I clearance from the European Commission;

  • Advising TTS Group ASA on the NOK 840 million sale of the majority of its ship equipment business to MacGregor; securing unconditional clearance from the German and South Korean competition authorities and conditional clearance from the Chinese competition authority, SAMR;

  • Advising NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine in relation to the European Commission's investigation of Gazprom for suspected breaches of Article 102 TFEU.
