Wikborg Rein acts as buy side advisor for DNB Markets on behalf of a syndicate in the acquisition of a new office building in central Drammen from Bane NOR Eiendom.

We have assisted in the bidding process, conducted due diligence and contract negotiations and assisted in connection with the bond loan financing. Closing is planned to take place on 1st July.
