The vessels "Brave Tern" and "Bold Tern" are refinanced under a new facility agreement with DNB and Sparebank 1 SR-Bank. A tranche of this facility will be covered by the green loan framework to be used for upgrade of the crane that can support the increasing size of offshore wind turbines.
We assisted FOWIC in the acquisition of their interest in "Blue Tern" in 2018, and have now also assisted with the, reflagging of the vessel from UK to Malta and refinancing of the vessel under the existing facility agreement with NIBC and Clifford Capital.
