Former Lord Justice of Appeal Sir Richard Aikens will speak on the topic of “Wars and Laws: How wars have shaped the law of marine insurance”.
Professor Trine-Lise Wilhelmsen will then give a brief talk on "Wars and Laws: How war has influenced the development of the law of marine insurance – the Norwegian/Nordic perspective".
This will be followed by a panel debate on ‘lessons learned’ from the war in Ukraine with Andreas Meidell and Anders W. Færden among the participants.
The programme will be conducted in English. Please join us for drinks and food after (approx. 19:00 onwards).
