The results of this year's Universum’s student survey, announced at an event on Wednesday evening, show that Wikborg Rein once again tops the list among law firms in the “Law” category.
In the Law category, 515 students from four different universities participated in this year's survey, which was conducted from January to April 2025.
In response to the question about their dream employer, 15.7 percent of respondents named Wikborg Rein. Among all employers in the Law category, we secured a 5th position, and thus were the best among the law firms.
"Highly inspiring"
“We are very grateful for the trust law students have shown us by once again voting us as number 1 in Universum’s student survey,” says our Managing Partner Geir Sviggum.
"The fact that so many highly competent young talents want to be part of our project of creating the most inclusive and generous Norwegian law firm working environment, as well as the broadest and deepest pool of competence, is highly inspiring to us. We will work hard every single day to earn that trust also in the year to come", Sviggum adds.

"Supportive and an encouraging environment"
I forbindelse med årets Universum-undersøkelse har vi spurt tre av våre traineer om deres erfaringer med Wikborg Rein.
“What surprised me the most about Wikborg Rein was how quickly I was included as part of the team, and how early I was given both responsibility and trust. At the same time, it was always easy to ask questions and receive guidance,” says Henrik Miland Vold.
“As a trainee at Wikborg Rein, I was pleasantly surprised by how available and inclusive the colleagues are, even in a fast-paced workday,” adds Nora Lothe.
Therese Thorup, a former trainee at our Bergen office, points out the significant trust in her professional competence that she was shown.
“I felt that colleagues really took the time to get to know me, and that the environment is both supportive and encouraging, despite a fast pace. I am very grateful for my stay here at the Bergen office,” says Thorup.
