Three new Partners promoted internally in Norway

Head of Corporate Finance and Transactions, Ole Henrik Wille, warmly welcomes the three as new partners.

This confirms that our career and development path works, and that we are able to retain and develop remarkable talent internally,” Wille says.

A milestone

Karoline Stock Evje has worked in capital markets throughout her entire career and is a highly experienced and skilled capital markets lawyer with extensive transaction expertise. 

“Karoline has been involved in most of the major capital markets transactions that Wikborg Rein has handled in recent years. She is exceptionally strong professionally and, together with the other partners, will contribute to further strengthening our market position in capital markets,” Ole Henrik says. 

“I am very excited to step into the partnership at Wikborg Rein. For me, it is both a milestone and a vote of confidence that I do not take for granted. I am proud and grateful to work in a firm with so many talented and dedicated colleagues, not least in the Capital Markets team, of which I am part,” Karoline explains.

“It will be inspiring to contribute to the development of an already strong team in a new role,” she adds.

Håkon Lagesen, like our two other new partners, has worked in the same team throughout his career. 

“Håkon covers all areas of the real estate sector and has extensive transaction experience. He has been a major contributor to the excellent growth of our real estate team, and with Håkon as partner, we have ambitious plans for further growth in this team,” notes Ole Henrik Wille. 

“Wikborg Rein’s real estate team is a leader in its field, and I am excited to contribute to the department’s growth alongside the rest of the team,” Håkon comments.

Stine H. Barstad has worked in finance throughout her career, covering banking, bond financing, and direct lending.

“Stine is highly valued by our clients. Our finance team is market-leading, and with Stine as partner, we will further strengthen this position,” Ole Henrik says. 

“I am very much looking forward to becoming part of the partnership at Wikborg Rein. The Finance team has grown significantly in recent years, and I am incredibly proud of everything we have achieved together,” Stine explains.

“Hopefully, the partner role will allow me to contribute even more actively to shaping the team’s future and further development, which I find very exciting,” she adds.
