Founders divest a majority stake of the data-centre specialist NTC Services to Icon Capital

Established in 2005, NTC Services delivers a complete range of data-centre solutions from design and construction to installation, maintenance and technical support. Building on agency operations dating back several years, the company has evolved into a full-service provider offering UPS systems, energy-efficient cooling, server racks, fire suppression systems, power and cabling, backup power, physical security and monitoring. NTC also provides turnkey facilities, high-density solutions, AI-ready implementations and hosting services including co-location, virtual servers, remote desktop solutions and disaster recovery.
Icon Capital is a Norwegian private-equity investor with more than 25 years of experience focused on mid-sized companies in the Nordics. The firm manages over NOK 2 billion in committed capital and operates as an active owner with a clear focus on operational value creation.
