Anette is specialised within both competition and procurement law. Within public procurement, Anette assists public contracting authorities and suppliers with advice and legal assessments within all types of procurement law issues. Her work comprises counselling before and during the course of procurement procedures and the contract execution phase, as well as disputes before the Public Procurement Complaints Board, and the courts. She has carried out several entire public procurement processes on behalf of clients within the public sector, and assists bidders in drafting pre-qualification applications and bids. Within competition law, Anette has experience from investigations and compliance work, advising in the establishment of various forms of cooperation between companies, conducting legal review of companies' agreements and business conduct and handling competition notifications of mergers and acquisitions. Anette has also worked as a deputy judge in the Bergen District Court.
