Camilla works with legal issues and transactions that have a connection to Norwegian and non-Norwegian capital markets.

Camilla provides advice within general corporate law and financial securities law, and offers continuing counsel with respect to applicable regulations for companies with financial instruments that have been admitted to trading on a regulated market or other trading facility. Furthermore, she has experience with the procedures for admission to trade on regulated markets, including preparation of a listing prospectus, preparation of guidelines to ensure proper corporate governance, as well as transactions and issues of shares (private placements and initial public offerings) carried out in connection with such admissions.
