More about Cecilie

Cecilie works primarily with private M&A including company and contract law. Her work includes legal assistance to Norwegian and international clients on all types of transactions, including acquisitions, equity investments, mergers/demergers, reorganisations and other M&A transactions. Cecilie has broad experience with project management on a number of major transactions both in Norway and cross-boarder, including structured sales processes. She has experience within a number of different sectors, including private equity, infrastructure, technology, energy and shipping. She holds a master of laws from the University of Oslo, where she specialised in tax law, construction law and maritime law contracts. In addition Cecilie holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate and Financial Law from the University of Glasgow, where she wrote her master thesis "Regulation of Institutional Investor Behaviour as a Tool for Promoting Corporate Governance in Publicly Listed Companies". She also holds a diploma as a business economist from BI Norwegian Business School.
