Cecilie Tollefsen

Cecilie mainly works with corporate tax, VAT and corporate law issues. She has extensive experience from corporate restructurings, including mergers and acquisitions, tax free conversions of Norwegian entities and transfer of business. She advices on domestic and international tax issues, and she has substantial experience on cross border transactions.

She also offers day to day advice on issues related to tax and VAT, including correspondence with the Norwegian tax authorities in relation to tax assessments and advance rulings.

I addition to being a lawyer, Cecilie holds a bachelor degree in Business and Finance from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, and a Master degree in Business Administration from Handelshøyskolen BI.
