In addition, Chelsea’s practice also encompasses marine insurance and international arbitration in relation to shipbuilding contracts, financial/operating leasing projects. 

Chelsea’s clients are Chinese financial institutions, international shipowners, private and state-owned shipyards, trading houses and Chinese state-owned oil companies. She serves as the primary point of contact for Chinese leasing houses and has represented financial providers, builders and owners in numerous newbuilding, cross-border trading and leasing transactions involving multiple jurisdictions.
