Christian is head of the firm's Employment law practice. He assists Norwegian and international clients with advice, dispute resolution and litigation in matters concerning employment law and pension. Christian works with a wide range of employment and pension law issues. Among other things, he has extensive experience in assisting employers in connection with reorganization, including business transfers and downsizing. He also regularly assists in matters related to temporary labor and hiring conditions, and has considerable experience in assisting employers in handling whistleblowing cases. Christian assists clients in various industries within private and public sector.

Christian is recognised for his work as an employment law lawyer in, among others, Chambers, Legal 500 and Finansavisen.
