She advises major Chinese state-owned shipyard groups, including without limitation China State Shipbuilding Corporation Group, China Merchant Industry Holding, COSCO Shipyards, as well as the major international manufacturers and suppliers in the shipping and offshore industry, etc. Claire also has extensive experience in handling international arbitration and court proceedings including LMAA, LCIA, HKIAC, SIAC, and London and Hong Kong court litigations. In addition, Claire has a broad range of experience specializing in handling all post-casualty issues, including without limitation investigations, post-casualty analysis, legal advice, negotiations and litigation.
