Daniel works extensively within asset management (private equity and venture capital), transactions and on tax, structuring and corporate law matters generally.

The asset management services include fund establishment (Private Equity and Venture Capital) and other investment structures for new and established management teams, structuring (including structures and legal relating to the management team's internal structure, fund structures, co-investments and underlying bidco structures), representing Norwegian institutional investors in fundraisings in European and US funds, M&A related work.

The tax services include ongoing corporate tax matters, reorganisations, tax on shares and other financial instruments, share incentive plans for management / employees, exit taxation, double tax treaty considerations, withholding taxes, permanent establishments, lectures, administrative complaints, applications for advance binding rulings, etc.

Daniel previously worked as lawyer / Senior Associate at in the Asset Management and Private Equity practice of Advokatfirmaet BAHR (2016-2021) and the international tax department of EY Oslo (Ernst & Young) (2014-2016).
