Dietmar is member of Wikborg Rein's Finance team with a main focus on international shipping, offshore, seafood, export and project financing. He is also regularly engaged by lenders and borrowers in matters related to restructuring and insolvency, as well as a broad spectre of all kind of corporate finance and debt structures. Due to the international nature of these sectors, Dietmar is very experienced with multi-jurisdiction transactions, and he has broad knowledge of and contact networks in most relevant jurisdictions.
