Emilie has broad experience from dispute litigation and financial criminal cases before the Norwegian courts, as well as in comprehensive investigations. At Wikborg Rein, she assists clients across various sectors, particularly in cases involving financial crime and corporate criminal liability, regulatory proceedings and administrative sanctions, investigations and crisis management, and corporate governance and compliance. Emilie previously worked at the law firm Hjort, most recently as a senior lawyer. She was highlighted among 'Promising Talents' in the Financial Crime category in Finansavisen's 2024 lawyer survey. She also has experience from the Ministry of Justice and Public Security, where she worked as committee secretary for a government-appointed expert committee. Emilie holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Oslo. During her studies, she spent a year working as a volunteer case handler at JURK (Legal Advice for Women).
