Emma Bolette works with dispute resolution, transactions and general advice within the shipping and offshore segment. She assists with advice in a number of areas and in meetings with both public and private actors. Her field of work is mainly related to maritime law and contract law issues, including related to major manufacturing contracts, as well as planning and execution of transactions. Emma has a particular interest in civil law issues and has written a master's thesis on evidence preservation outside of court proceedings
