Fredrik's main area of work includes legal assistance on different types of transactions, including acquisitions, mergers/demergers, equity investment, and other M&A transactions. In addition, Fredrik assist Norwegian and international clients with miscellaneous corporate law counselling. Fredrik has assisted on corporate transactions in several different industries, including technology, energy, and infrastructure. Fredrik has experience from advocacy in Unicef Norge, inter alia relating to sustainability. Fredrik holds a Master's degree from the University of Oslo, and wrote his master thesis on legislation and non-discrimination of shareholders relating to companies acquisition of own shares. Fredrik did an exchange semester at the University of Texas School of Law as part of his master's degree, where he attended several business law classes.
