Gjøran is assisting Norwegian and international asset managers and private equity clients with a wide range of matters, such as establishing and advising on fund structures and other investment structures. This includes drafting various agreements and other legal documents relating to fund management business. Gjøran has assisted on several fund assessments and transactions for fund-of-funds entities, both in connection with primaries and direct investments. The assistance includes, among other things, evaluation of main terms, side letters and subscription process. Gjøran also works with financial regulatory issues and securities law.
