More about Håkon

Håkon works with capital market transactions related to Norwegian and non-Norwegian companies across sectors, including IPOs/listings on the Euronext Oslo Stock Exchange's market places, private placements and investments. Further, Håkon advises issuers, investors, investment banks and others on queries related to company and securities law, including on inside information, transactions by primary insiders and disclosure of major shareholdings (flagging). Håkon wrote his master's thesis on the rules regarding tax law circumvention in light of business considerations.
