Heidi specialises in competition law. She has extensive experience with cases involving violations of competition rules, notifiable transactions, and general advisory work. She also has extensive experience with the Security Act's rules on ownership control and international FDI.

Heidi assists Norwegian and international clients in all aspects of competition law. She has worked on some of the largest investigation cases in Norway, both for competition authorities (Norwegian Competition Authority, ESA, and the Commission), national courts, and the EFTA Court. She has also assisted in numerous complex transactions.

For several years, Heidi has been ranked among Norway's leading competition lawyers in international rankings such as Chambers, Legal500, and Who's Who Legal, as well as in the lawyer survey in Finansavisen.
