Henrik provides advice in connection with acquisitions and sales of companies, mergers, demergers, share issues and other equity transactions. Henrik holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Bergen. He wrote his master's thesis about the distribution term in the Norwegian Companies Act § 3-6.
