Henrik is specialised within private M&A and company law and he advises Norwegian and international clients in connection with acquisitions/sales, mergers, demergers, equity investments, business collaborations/joint ventures and internal corporate reorganisations, as well as in general corporate law issues. Henrik has furthermore substantial experience with establishing of employee investment programmes. Henrik holds a master's degree from the University of Oslo.
