Hermann Rhodén

Hermann is part of the firm's Financing practice.

He assists both Norwegian and foreign financial institutions and private companies in connection with various types of financing transactions, such as acquisition financing, project financing and ship financing.

Hermann's is especially interested in security law and wrote his master thesis on factoring agreements.
