Ine works with employment law. She assists both Norwegian and international clients with legal advice related to employment law in connection with both litigation and transactions. Ine works with a variety of questions within the field of employment law, and advises in questions related to employment agreements, dismissals, downsizing, conflict resolution, hire of personnel, use of consultants, trade secrets and occupational injury compensation. Ine has experience with litigation and negotiations in court, both as a lawyer and as a deputy judge. She also has previous experience from working with commercial property and has managed several large transactions within this field. Ine holds a master of law from the University of Bergen. As part of her master's degree she also spent one semester at Penn State Law in the US.
