More about Ingeborg

Ingeborg works with commercial property, assisting national and international clients with transactions, leases and other legal issues related to real estate and related areas of law. Ingeborg graduated from the University of Tromsø with a master's degree in law in 2025. She wrote her Master's thesis on interlocking mergers and legal protection for the transfer of commercial properties in existing and merged structures with the title holding company and property company being initially separate.
