Ingrid possesses extensive expertise in planning and construction law, with over 15 years of experience in the field. Through her tenure at the Planning and Building Agency, Sweco, and in the legal profession, she has developed a strategic understanding of conducting construction and planning cases. She has substantial experience as an advisor and responsible applicant, as well as a solid understanding of public administrative processing from her time with Bergen Municipality. Ingrid assists clients with real estate development projects, including strategic planning and advisory in planning and building processes, negotiation of development agreements, appeals, inspections, property sectioning, subdivisions, exemptions, and other potential issues related to the planning and building process. Ingrid is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association's legislative committee for construction law and regulatory issues.
