Iris is dual qualified in both China and England and Wales. Iris works with our ship finance and transactional team. She specializes in advising financing (including financial leasing), sale and purchase, operation and disposal aspects of commercial ships and offshore units.

Iris has experience in advising Chinese financial institutes, leasing houses and international owners on the financing of assets in the maritime and offshore oil and gas sectors. She has advised on various financing structures such as secured, unsecured, pre-delivery financings and sale and leasebacks.
