Specialist Counsel

Jonathan is specialised within private M&A as well as company and contract law and his work comprises all types of transactions including acquisitions, mergers/demergers, equity investments, reorganisations and business collaborations. He started his career in Wikborg Rein in 2013 as part of the firm's Litigation and Arbitration practice where he prepared and litigated cases within a broad specter of corporate and contract law. In addition to his legal degree from the University of Oslo, Jonathan holds a bachelor in economics from Bocconi Milano.
