Senior Associate

Kaja's main area of work comprises of legal assistance in relation to different types of transactions, including sale and acquisitions, mergers/demergers, private placements and other M&A transactions. She also assists Norwegian and international clients with corporate law counselling, including in connection with intragroup reorganisations.

Kaja holds a master of laws from the University of Bergen from 2020, with specialisation within stock exchange and securities law. She wrote her master thesis on the prohibition against market manipulation pursuant to the EU Marked Abuse Regulation (MAR).
