Kamilla works primarily with matters related to litigation and dispute resolution, and argues cases both for ordinary courts and arbitration. She has has particular expertise with employment law and property law disputes. In addition to civil cases before the courts, Kamilla provides advice for national and international companies with a wide spectre of employment law issues. She has wide expertise in questions regarding entering and terminating employment contracts, hiring of labour, restructuring and workforce reductions, as well as whistleblowing. In addition to employment law, Kamilla provides advice within contract law, construction and real estate. On several occasions, Kamilla has held courses and lectures on employment law topics, such as entering and terminating employment contracts, workforce reductions, sick leave, whistle-blowing cases and harassment. Kamilla wrote a master's thesis in employment law, where the topic was employees' freedom of expression in social media. The master thesis also covers other topics within employment law, including the employee's duty of loyalty.
